Haven't we had blue away strips for most of the late 90's - early 2000's?

Its a nice shirt, but its blue. I have missed a few season due ti mis-spent youth/adulthood but i cant remember us wearing blue before.
we had lots of blue/black away kits in the 90s.

I went in the shop (no probs) around 6.50 and there were quite a few left. I saw L and XL (I wouldn't be looking for M)

We had a blue away strip last season.
And in the league 2 season, and in 04-05 when the kit was made by Strikeforce

I am guessing a bit, but I'm pretty sure we've had more blue away kits than any other colour over the last 15 years.

We had the one that was two shades of blue (halves stripes) light and dark blue. I've still got it.

that kit is brilliant. i think they'd sell shit loads just as a retro shirt in the shop....probably just as many as our actual kits.

Pardon me for intruding once again. It's a very aesthetically superb design. On a previous thread there was a link to a company producing replica shirts. Any design, badges, logo, colour - even long-sleeved. It might be a tad expensive, but so's £40 and hey, it's Christmas. Can anyone come up with the link ?

How many other clubs wore the same style of Adidas shirt as the blue one above?

Must have been quite a few back in those days. Really surprised Adidas don't re-issue it as it looks cool as fuck.

I recreated the home shirt from that season (exactly the same, but in red) - I bought a plain Adidas shirt off eBay, and had the STFC badge embroidered onto it. It's not 100% accurate as the collar isn't wide enough. There are surprisingly few of them on eBay, otherwise I would have had more done.

Nottingham Forest wore the same shirt in the European Cup final.

Toffs wouldn't add the Adidas stripes to the sleeves.
