Just reading some of the comments on the adver site ref this band idea, there is a mention of a bloke called 'Whelan' who I can vividly remember getting many a chant going in the Town End....anyone know what happened to him and if someone knows him, please persuade him to make a reappearance, a much preferred option to a bleedin' drum!!

the atmosphere is shit thanks to the daft pricing structure that wasn't sorted out after last season.
alot of ex townenders are now spread between the two main stands, so it's obvious there wont be as much noise generated.
a band is a fucking stupid idea.
If those ex-townenders care about the atmosphere why don't they move back? |

because their season tickets are for other areas of the ground.if the tickets for the townend were reduced accordingly,they probably wouldn't have moved in the first place. |
