The point I was making was that it wasn't the same as the Celtic fans were saying about Ferry or Caddis. Its not what the Leds fans were saying about Sheehan nor Douglas. Might be complete bollocks, but, it isnt a ringing endorsement!
Most Leeds fans were laughing when we took Douglas and Sheehan saying they were some of the worst players to pull a Lids shirt on so as said before never read too much into what other fans say. |

I don't know what they said about Sheehan but they most definitely did not say that about Douglas. Maybe you just saw one quote from one total crack pot. |

Asked a friend who is a Charlton fan about the guy. His response was: 'Hurray we're finally going to get rid of him, what a result. Thats made my evening  By the way he sulks and makes noises most of the time and has never really made our first team though Chris Powell rated him at one stage. He is a player who you tear your hair out at watching. Have fun with that! ' Not a ringing endorsement!!!! Leeds fans said Lucas & Sheehan were shit. Swansea fans said Amankwaah was the worst player to ever play them (seriously, and they only just survived relegation to the Conference a few years ago) Southend fans said Paynter was shite. I don't often listen to fans of opposing teams. |
