I'm not as old as you, I've only made it to the buffet planning stage You're only one year younger. I will be 26 on the 8th January. That's also Elvis's and David Bowie's birthdays as well. Fuck. I've just given the game away. You don't know who they are...

No, he's quite right. Cheese and fruit do not go together.

At last a man who realises that the two should never be allowed to meet and mix... Grapes with cheese is the devils work.....

Cheese and vegetables are alright though. Interestingly, the run to Burton not only included a sighting of the Marmite factory, now incorporating the Bovril plant as well, but a passage through Branston on the A 38 on the edge of Burton. Could it be thought I? Indeed it could, the origin of the pickle much loved accompaniment to cheese sandwiches. I'd always thought Branston was a company name....silly me that's Crosse and Blackwell. Sadly pickle is no longer made there, but Burton did get Bovril from London.

It's the 'Diana' effect whereby in death people become way, way, way more popular/clever/funny/inspirational/caring/talented etc than they ever were in life.
Nothing against Lemmy btw, I have no views on him one way or the other, it just seems to be human nature.
I worked with the fucker for 10 years. He would be in fits of laughter to think he has had the 'Diana' effect.

He had a fuck of a lot more effect on my life than Diana did. A true legend.
