 Hmmm

Anybody else shocked how Bradford appear to have settled for mid table mediocracy in League 2??

Big club down there. 11,000 attendance tonight.

I dont think they have settled for it, the manager recently quit and now they have bollocks I cant remember.

The reason they get 11k is that the tickets were buy one get one free making them £100 each or around that mark!

What an interesting post....on reflection, I'm not shocked, I've always tended to see Bradford City, as being a bit shitty norvern bastards. This despite Bradford Park Avenue, playing a couple of games against us in the Southern League in 07/08.

I always preferred Park Avenue....nice name, both City and Park Avenue should have played at Odsal Stadium, which bizarrely probably still holds the record attendance, for a stadium held sporting game in England...eeh lad Rugby League.

We last visited Park Avenue, on Boxing Day 62...thanks Mr Fixture setter, probably thought it was Bradford on Avon, or something....and what a bugger getting back, as it was when the Big Freeze of 63, started.

No, but a family member did and I remember being worried if they would make it back...Scott of the Antarctic style.
