Which anyone who saw the game would know, is clearly not true.  We may be a lot of things but shite aint one of 'em.

But are we really the dirty, diving cheats.

Obviously we don't notice it and there was certainly no diving, timewasting or feigning injury in the 2 televised games.

Branco apart, there were hardly any bad fouls last night - Agard's was probably the worst.

Any others, by either side, were just run of the mill fouls you see in every game.

Well, I enjoyed (if you can enjoy a 3.0 defeat) that much more than Saturday's limp wristed effort. City showed why they're at the top: well organised, resilient and some good individual players. Our midfield was immense for most of the game, unfortunately the same couldn't be said of the defence or attack.

If we play at that tempo in our remaining games and do some work on the training ground around tightening the defence, we should be ok going into the playoffs. What happens then is anyone's guess.

Agree with this. End to end game but Bristol were clinical.
Said it before Willo misees far too many chances but not getting on his back.
Watched the Bristol players warming up and technically better at putting the ball in the net than Swindon.
Top of the league, bigger budget, squad can't argue.
Swindon were a credit last night, not over and play like that against lesser opposition hit the target and we will be o.k.
Disagree with other posters Bristol are miles better than anyone else in the division.

Agreed RE: their shooting practice. It was insane compared to some I've witnessed.

I hope Swindon get to the playoff final and lose. Not only lose but lose on penalties. That would make me laugh.

I thought it was a decent game first and foremost.
3-0 is very flattering for them but they took their chances and are a decent side.

Rather than slating branco like most were on Twitter I was more disappointed with Williams. Not squaring the ball for a certain goal was the biggest mistake one of our players made. I thought he was off the pace for the whole of his time on the pitch and his link up play with his strike partner was almost non existent. The forwards are definitely the biggest concern for me with that side. They need to up their game or promotion will slip by again.
Good post, people may not agree with this but I think we have 3 average strikers who have had more service than they would get in other teams. Williams is technically a '20 goal a season striker' but for every chance he takes he misses 3 sitters, Smith works very hard but technically isn't good enough for this brand of football, he's improved from last season but can he improve further? I have my doubts. Obika is a good finisher but his all round game needs some work, he can't create, he can't hold the ball up, and when he does take a man on more often than not he loses it.
