I really hope this is a new assistant. Something along the lines of Harford in and Walsh out would be an excellent move at the moment, a director of football role is dodgy ground, although far preferable to King leaving completely which would mean we'd be fucked and can say goodbye to Parkin and probably say hello to Oxford.  |

A cabinet reshuffle is when the government swap a few ministers roles. If Blair replaced Brown with someone else that wouldn't constitute a reshuffle. I think I am just looking into things a little too much tho.... maybe.

King would only let 1 person take over as "leader of the team" if he was to move upstairs and thats Mick Harford. oh and possibly peter reid. nobody seems to have mentioned him yet

An assistant replacement would definitely be a reshuffle as there's not many people in the management team but could really be anything, presumably a fairly big change but just hope it isn't too big.
