It may not register as a sporting triumph, however, in the grand scheme of things my cycle ride today of 10.2 miles today with Darren Beers from Diamond Pro Cure injury and rehab was a massive step forward. Chest, heart and lungs behaved, my knees (old acl injury) and sore arse (saddle before you wisecrack) need more of the same.

I have just found out that someone from the shitty grammar school in Scotland I went to (Hibs fan sadly) was on Countdown yesterday and broke the 100 point mark. He's on again today.

There’s some grand names banging around at the moment. Never heard of this Labour bod, but I won’t be forgetting him in a hurry.

Sat at home bored stupid recovering from Covid 19 I had a phone call from a lovely NHS member of staff checking that I'm following isolation guidelines etc. She started the conversation by asking if I had time to talk to which I replied "well I've got nothing else planned at the moment" she did laugh to be fair😀

I know there’s been an entire thread on this but I can’t find it.

My iptv provider has been closed down. Anyone used Worthystreams?
Signed up and using. Excellent quality, easy to install and use and only just over £50 a year.
