Might be an old pic but its official that hes signed Swindon Town have signed goalkeeper Wes Foderingham from Crystal Palace on a two-and-a-half year contract.
The 20-year old joins the Robins for an undisclosed fee and is available for tomorrow's FA Cup third round tie with Wigan Athletic.
Foderingham first joined the club on loan from the Eagles in October and kept a clean sheet on his debut in a 2-0 away at Accrington Stanley.
He went on to keep a further seven clean sheets before the year was out - helping the Robins secure a place in the play-off places as 2011 came to a close with a 2-1 win at Northampton Town.
Foderingham told Swindontownfc.co.uk: "It's great to have everything sorted now.
"The main thing for me is to be playing first team football and I have really enjoyed my time at Swindon so far.
"I am really pleased to have the deal all sorted and I am looking forward to trying to help the team win promotion this season."
A video interview with the 'keeper is now available to view on STFC Player, the club's online TV service.
The club are expecting to receive Football League authorisation for the deal on Monday morning. |
