Feel much better about the City game with Kasim playing. Reeves or Gladwin are gonna need to step right up without Mass.

Well, if Reeves doesn't take over he will be mighty pissed off I'd imagine.

Still no sign of a new contract for him either

Plays well in a great performance alongside Yas, we win, he gets contract.  Nice and simple.  At least that's what I'd be doing.

Gladwin's been stepping up more and more this season when called upon. Very impressed. If he comes into the Derby day squad and plays well, again, somewhere where the pressure is much higher, well I think we've got a good player on our hands...

I've only seen Gladwin once, and that was the Rochdale match. On that performance I'd have told him to find a new job. Hope he can find some consistency because by all accounts there's a good player in there.

Don't think Gladwin looks much better than last season if I'm honest.

Gladwin is so hit and miss, can look a great player on occassions and on other occassions looks like he has never seen a football, but then the same could be said about Byrne when he first came to us so I hold out hope for his progress.

He looks a skilfully awkward player. If he finds some consistency I think they're could be a player in there. Cooper and Williams obviously rate him and their judgement hasn't been wrong too many times so far.

MC always says he's the best player in training, once he gets a run he'll be good, don't forget the injury knocked him back a couple of months

When he's good, he's unassumingly good; so deceptive when taking it past players. Saying that, when he isn't, he's horrendous.

Its bad in the context of expecting a new midfield pairing to come in an do a job on the thus far best team in the league (results wise).

At least Branco can come in at the back. Still looks like a red card waiting to happen to me,  but since he's replacing NT then I guess that's a lesser evil.
