I believe Mr Eady actually left closer to £6m to STFC.
The cash is only to be spent on infrastructure / development of the County Ground though. No room for sneaky cunts to hive some away - which is why so many lawyers are are taking their time pawing over the legalities.
If the supporters club have known about this for around a year, which I believe to be the case, I'd be interested in knowing why it's been kept hush-hush from the rest of us for so long.
