Right, I'm only a wee nipper so I've got no experience of this before. I've just got back from Ibiza last week and discovered that a restaurant on sunset strip has charged my card twice for dinner for my group! £80 debited from the card twice!Bastards!

Now is there anything I can do to get this money back, as it's not fraud as such??

speak to the bank in the morning... at the end of the day the resturant has to prove you've signed for the dinner twice....you *should* be able to get your money back...depends on the bank i would guess as well!

You should. Report it to your bank/card company and they should help out.
