Can someone just clarify if he was taken off as he picked up a knock or just one of Sturrocks substitution choices?

Sounded like he was going ok/crossing well thats all!

from the bits of his interview that i could understand, sturrock snr said about nicholas being concussed but no mention of shakes, and then about making loads of tactical changes, so the evidence, my dear watson, points to a tactical change.

he was playing well. and then we decided to take off the only outlet we had and put an attacking player (peacock) on the only player (hyde) that could pass for pboro.

it was very strange indeed.

no idea why sturrock took Ricky off he wasnt playing too badly, yet he left the totally useless Roberts on the pitch for the full 90
