The penalty taker reaction made me smile.
I know it’s easy to pick out clips & make the standard look poor, but some of that would look bad in a Sunday morning pub game

The guy seems to have plenty of online support so I am sure his goons will have some kind of crowdfunding type thing going.

STFC Admin toying with the fans on Twitter who are currently asking about player signings in response to ANY tweet they put out.

Have been away for a couple of days, so smiled & felt good on finding that the Man City ticket had arrived.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change? Crap!

Adverts that use well known music, but remove a line because it doesn't fit their theme. Makes me smile because obviously your brain fills in the gap anyway.
Currently example is P&O using Haddaway's What is Love?, but removing the Baby Don't Hurt Me line.
Remember some car brand using the Dandy Warhols' Bohemian Like You with "You've got a great car..." but then fading down the "what's wrong with it today?" bit.
I'm sure there are other examples out there!

On a similar vein, shops using music in store but not wanting to pay the cash for the original so using a cover version, Superdrug springs to mind!

Having secured an improved offering and extended range with Gardiners of Cirencester a few years ago it fell to me to completely remerchandise my good work. This took a couple of days. Unfortunately a few isles away there was a TV screen playing and advert for what I cannot remember, what I cannot forget is they used Queens I want it all, which played on a loop well only the fucking chorus every few minutes if it wasn’t activated by movement. Nearly drove to hate Queen. I sympathise.

They did the Thursday night at Glastonbury a couple of years back when nothing else is on yet and it was enormous fun.
