Adrian Boothroyd, no experience of anything whatsoever yet is doing a grand job at Watford.

Ian Dowie - Ok played in the Premiership but was never great, nearly kept Palace in the Prem.

Ferguson was shit at football generally, but excellent as a manager.

Arsene Wenger - basically an amature player, little experience before Arsenal - bloody fantastic appointment.

Jose Mourinho won the UEFA then the Champs League in his forst two seasons as a manager.

Give Iffy a chance for Christ sake - I'd rather him than Woodward, who would cost several times more and has absolutely NO contacts within the game.

on the other hand, he's spend most of his career in the lower leagues, which should mean he knows what it takes to get results at this level.
