Went to watch an AC/DC tribute band last night.

To be fair they weren't too bad, but the Lead singer was a bit over inflated and the Angus copy was a midget.

As ever with Eels a different set up every tour. Very much set up like a 60's style band only using a bit of the stage (but all in blue Adidas tracksuits). They came on earlier than expected and so missed the first songs. Lots from latest album and no piano so a lot more upbeat. Song of the night was what E called a "mash up" of My Beloved Monster and Mr. E's Beautiful Blues.

And very formulaic songs that start nice and calm then use fast strumming and banjo to create the build-up.
