Carter USM? They still going? Had 101 Damnations playing in the car last week. Have they done anything new?
1997 was their last record. They have been doing the odd gig very year or 2 since about 2007 ( and both do their own thing too)

Very amusing to see a mosh pit full of 40 something's acting like teenagers

Bit late joining the party/discussion on this one but have to say Saturday night was full value for money. Missed Cud (but wasn't fussed) as was still on the way back from Walsall. Walked in just as Neds came on. Perfect! Then spent a full hour and a half of Carter's 2 hour set in the Mosh Pit. Loved it - especially at my age!

Well it was only about 10 years later in there last saturday so they won't have to wind the time machine back too far....

Fair point.  It looks like everyone is doing movember on this tour, but thats actually how they choose to look.

Dare you to ask Lemmy how much he's raised so far?!

He'd just look at me baffled and start talking about the old days before heating.  I try not to chat to him too much.

Haha. A wonderful insight into life on the road with an aging rock band. All those years of hard living!

Blimey, i'm 30 years younger than him and still i spent two days recovering from Saturday's escapades. have just wiki'd him and notice he was born in Burslem. See if you can spark up a Port Vale related convo Saxondale.

Saw SLF on Thursday. Good gig, some timeless songs. Lots of old punks reliving their perfectly spent youth. Jake was suffering the same cold as me. Poor sod.

Hoping to see Testament in London on 30 November if I don't have to work.

Would be my 13 year old daughter's first big gig.
