Also, I liked The Long Good Friday.
Good shout - Charlie from Casualty cops it and Pierce Brosnan is a baddy at the end.
Wicker Man is also a worthy mention. This is England is also very good.

I must be alone in thinking that Trainspotting was a big steaming pile of horse shite.
