Yes Im a Somerset supporter.
What league are they in?
does cricket have leagues?
who's my favourite player? Not the top divisions in either leagued comp...but with 3 up and down in a 9 team league its quite a fluid situation. Your favourite player is Ian Blackwell, who despite being a hugely talented player prefers the social side to athletic dedication...and so is in an honourable tradition of lardarses who biff sixes but don't really achieve.

blackwell talented?! hahaha
he only scores runs because he plays at taunton (for those who don't know, the pitch is a batsman's paradise and the boundaries are tiny)

Didn't he muster a hundred on a dank seaming pitch at Old Trafford only last week.
PS I could happily support Gloster......but they play in Bristol which is not Gloster.

Boeta...........shut up! (you have mostly got a point though) Somerset are going to face a long season as we don't have any bloody bowlers!! but you know we have jaysuriya at the mo and hes crap. hit 9, 11 and 13 so far...woopdedoodah! but soon we'll have Graham Smith so hopefuly he shall prove to be better! and might get some runs and yes Blackwell is fat, and slogs and hits alot of runs when he gets going thats why he has had england call ups which has thrown away stuidly! so i don't care aslong as he hits runs!

Yeovil... Sabres is Somerset's one-day league and Twenty20 Cup nickname. The Shire's is Gladiators, Surrey's Lions etc.
