In a nutshell, he drove to QPR, did an interview for SSN saying QPR can beat the drop and then QPR denied him entry to Loftus Road...WBA furious apparently. |

Drove to QPR ground but wasn't allowed in as WBA and QPR wage a war of the abbreviated cub names trying to agree a deal. Was originally reported he went in to QPR to try and force WBAs hand. |

Odemwingie drove to London to speak to QPR, and then West Brom issued the following statement : West Bromwich Albion statement: "Albion have moved to clarify developments regarding Peter Odemwingie after the striker was filmed a short while ago arriving at Loftus Road. "The club can confirm they have held further discussions with QPR today but those talks have so far proven fruitless and no agreement has been reached. "Albion would also like to make clear that Peter has not been given permission to speak to QPR about a potential move." Odemwingie did put in a transfer request a few days ago, which was turned down. |
