Ho hum. Bizarre night. Thin pickings again, given the number of players who disqualified themselves. Trump had better not fucking win tonight.

Matt Smith, easy. Quality player. He deserves to be playing in a better-organised team.

Kovar - A few good saves, which we haven't seen before. Slow off line for one goal. Half way up the pitch at one point for some bizarre reason. Better than he has been, but he's still not good enough
Caddis - Pretty ineffective going forward tonight.
Odimayo - Didn't see any major errors. Cant remember whether he was at fault for the first couple.
Grounds - Solid as a rock, except when he gave 2 goals away!
Donohue - Very, very 1 footed. But used it well most of the time tonight.
A Grant - Let the game pass by again. Passing sloppy in first half - then headed off defender for a goal! Second half he was mostly solid.
M Smith - Some lovely passes. Can't do it on his own. Knackered at the end having put in a shift
Payne - Could of scored from 2-3 clear cut chances but panicked. Pretty quiet night
J Grant - Takes the ball down very well. Looks as if he knows what he is doing, but don't think hes a L1 forward. Offered something again.
J Smith - Was playing really well and terrorising the defence. Stupid challenge for the first yellow. Even more stupid for saying something to get sent off! Lost us the game. With him, we would have created more chances.
Hope - Tried hard. Shanked 2 good chances. Knackered by the end
Stevens - Waste of wages. Fast. No control
Pitman - Waste of wages. Slow. Didnt run about much. Just missed lots of things
Iandolo - Actually did some good stuff on left wing during his cameo.

A Grant deserves credit for the beautiful ball to Pitman which was wasted, but otherwise broadly agree with everything there.

Is Smith banned for Saturday or is it league only? Could do with him at Shrewsbury. Looking like two teams who may struggle.

Bumping this, in case there were any more than 16 people with an opinion on last night's match. Looks like lots of people ducked a bullet but it would be our smallest poll by a distance despite being an attractive fixture after a good win - even the Exeter boycott cup game got 24 votes.

By my reckoning you voted for Kovar or Caddis. You may want to resubmit your homework.

Hmm. Couple of people got in after you then... who may not have actually watched the game. Still, we count all the votes. Revolutionary idea I know. After 10 polls, Smith M has amassed 4 MoMs, while no-one has had more than one, and has accumulated 24% of all votes cast. Closest challenger is Odimayo with 12%.
