You should watch Død Snø.

Isn't there something similar, called the Bunker(?) about some nazis in bunker.  I thought that might have been a scandi film.  I have seen it...but, you know the memory's not what it used to be, and the memory's not what it used to be as well.

Hunger Games - its got Woody Harrleson and some fit bird in it. Think the Truman Show crossed with Battle Royale. I enjoyed it, but it would have been even better if they'd pushed the boat out and made it worthy of a 15 certificate.

just going back a few pages to find films i may have missed.  i read the books recently which were fantastic, watched the Hunger Games immediately after finishing the first book and felt so let down with how little the film depicted Katniss's personal struggle.

i know films have to to things to the beat of a different drum and all but in the book it's really the whole point of the story, i hope they do better with the other two.

another thing is that Harrleson was terrible casting for Haymitch, not the right person at all in relation to the character in the books.  i guess they were looking to the following two parts in which the character in the books changes according to the challenges at hand.  another part of the story they seem to be streamlining.

sad, but still hope they can pull it back.

i also hope someone one day chooses to take on 'His Dark Materials' again, even if it means starting from scratch again.

Aren't the Hunger Games books aimed at teenage girls?

Going to watch the Amazing Spiderman later - I liked the Spiderman films but I'm glad to not have to suffer Toby Maguire anymore.

Went to see TDKR the other day and I thought it was excellent. Good ending aswell.

One question though, there's been talk of a reboot within the next couple of years, I haven't got a clue how they can reboot such a outstanding Batman trilogy so soon after the last film.

This whole fucking re-booting films thing really annoys me, admitidly I like the Batman re-boot. But they're also re-booting Total Recall. Have Hollywood run out of original ideas? as it just seems to be, sequals and re-boots at the minute.

Enjoyed this. Nolan can do no wrong in my book. Pretty sure that is it though, as far as these actors etc are concerned. Tempted to watch the old Tim Burton films now...

What's with the word reboot? I don't understand how using this word in this manner is anything other than abuse of language! Smiley
