Warren Joyce now 1/5 favourite with both SkyBet and William Hill. Wellens now out to 9/2.

Who is Warren Joyce?

Who is Warren Joyce?
Ex Man Utd coach, now in charge of the development squad (aka reserves) at Salford. Seems to be well thought of in the game

Let's hope they appoint Warren Joyce.

Wellens must have turned them down.

Or they were never interested and it was just hysteria from Town fans and odds based on a few small bets also probably from Town fans!

And just a few hours later, Wellens is back to odds on favourite at 5/6 with SkyBet.
The William Hill market seems to have disappeared completely.

The next place person is waaaay longer at 16s.

I'm sure I was getting 4 bookies on oddschecker before. Have the others suspended betting?!

Can no longer find odds on William Hill, Betfair and Paddy Power....

Salford. Interest in Richie Wellens at Swindon has now moved up a level. Want to speak to him this week. Wellens due to be in charge of Swindon tomorrow. But expect an official approach and chat by weekend. - Nixon

Ok, it appears that my guess that something would happen this week wasn't quite on the money...
