Paranormal activity = 'activity' is misleading, absolutely fuck all happens. 2/10 (The '2' is for the one bit of action)

Love actually (again) = One of those 'warm and fuzzy' movies. Very easy to watch and with a few giggles along the way. Impressive cast list as well.

Invictus.

A good story papers over a lot of cracks of an average film.

6.5/10

Bad production, direction, acting or script?

I watched Salt the other night, wasn't a bad film but I couldn't help but realise Salt, highly trained for combat, still ran like a girl.

Fantastic Mr Fox is superb - if you are a Wes Anderson fan. A let's face it, who isn't? Okay about 98% of this grey, unimaginative world - but this might be the film that converts some of them. It's as funny as Tenenbaum's but with the charm of Zizou and some wonderfully intricated stop motion animation and superb sets. Excellent vocal performances too.

Except it's not really, you know, for kids. ('cept obviously that's Coen Bros).

Not sure about the acting, seemed dodgy but might have just been the accents.

It relied waaaaaaaaaaaayyyy too much on the sport side of things and the match went on waaaaaaaayy too long, it got boring. There were other stories within the movie but I get the feeling they were cut short to accommodate the rugby.

Watched the movie Neighbors which was the last film by John Belushi.

Very odd, not very good and Dan Aykroyd has blonde hair.

In hindsight, it's no wonder that Belushi relapsed and started taking crack again during the making of this film, dying three months after its release.

Sex and drugs and rock and roll. Loved it, I'm not going to give it a rating because I am rather bias.

Also, educating Rita. A classic, what a fantastic performance from Julie Andrews. 8.5/10.

Watched London Boulevard last night, which I quite enjoyed. Got a bit fed up of Colin Farrell's accent though. Might have to go watch In Bruges again.
