I was just posting the last film I watched.
It wasn't brilliant.

I've got Enter the Void to watch at some point. Not really sure how I stumbled on it, but reviews seem to range from fucking awful, all the way through mediocre and up to fucking brilliant 5 stars.
Anybody seen it?

Watched Seven at a friend's the other night. Very bleak but a very good film. Amazed to look it up and see it's 15 years old.

Watched the hurt locker last night. I found it very dull. It felt kind of bland and uninvolved. Almost no emotional responses were provoked in me at any point.

Just watched Toy Story 3.
Great final installment (hopefully) and probably one of the greatest film trilogies.

I'm half way through Enter the void and recommend it to everybody. Well everybody who likes arty films which are slightly more style than substance, not that it's plot free, it explores a lot, but just doesn't do it in a conventional manner.
