watched 'There will be blood' last night.

I didn't fall asleep despite being knackered, so thats a positive thing film wise I guess.

The ending was so lame. I was thinking it cant be that simple.....but it was. Scorsese builds up the tension thoughout the film and just as you think "wow whats going to happen next" it turns out to be a compleat let down.

I just finished the uncut version of way of the dragon. A fantastic bruce lee film, with some great fight scenes. Also i loved the outrageously camp bad guy. Ladies if your into hairy backs you will find no better than chuck norris' rug,  the man looked knitted!!!

I've never "got" Kung Fu films. I forced myself to watch some Bruce Lee films, along with some supposedly very good ones, because my ex-flatmate had fucking hundreds of Kung Fu films and used to rave about them. I found them unwatchably dull. I had to finish one (it might be the one you mention above) in about 3 instalments because it was so dull. I do have good reason to believe I'm almost entirely alone in that opinion though! Smiley

That's what I thought.

I enjoyed the film, but it was quite a deflating end.

That's easy - Running Man with Arnie.

If we're on the subject of quotes "Run, Forrest, run!" always reminds of Alan O'Brien.!

Just watched Clash of the Titans DVD, what rubbish. I'm sick of seeing Liam Neeson, he must be laughing all the way to a tax haven.

Centurion - Not a bad film for a large portion (think opening battle scene of Gladiator) and then veers off with a silly plot twist. A real shame as it could have been quite good.

Watched Perrier's Bounty the other night. Enjoyable film, good cast, generally well done.
