Just got back from seeing four lions. Very Very Very Very Very funny. It's not a clever humour and not overly satirical, just like a very good sitcom really.
Which is odd as it was wrote by the same people who write peep show... I saw Four Lions too last night and found it hilarious. I have not laughed at a film so much since Borat. |

I watched chloe last night staring liam neeson and julianne moore it's a sexual thriller,not to bad if you like that sort of thing and in one scene you could hang your coat on julieanne's nipples,I guess that scene got her quite aroused.

another recommendation for four lions, i laughed a lot. mother enjoyed it too.
the showing i went to had a satelite link afterwards to a Q&A with charlie brooker hosting, chris morris, some of the actors and one of the writers (jesse whatsisname), but despite sounding ace was actually quite shit so we left after ten minutes. film was great though, go see it. the trailer is the tip of the iceberg.

Where the wild things are was a bit crap.Some mildly good moments,like the monster pile,made me smile.But its weird and i'm not sure if kids would like it let alone an old crone like me. The men who stare at goats was also a bit crap.There was too much Clooney and McGregor and not enough Bridges and Spacey for my liking.The goats were a plus point though. Ultra.A film about Italian hooligans from 1991!!!Its awful but thats probably why i found it amusing. Best of the bunch by a long way was Nowhere boy.Really moving film with suberb actors. The bonus is the lad who plays Lennon is absolutely georgeous.Swoon  |

New moon 2 was pants, it was more like a bleedin soap opera than anything.
The ending was atrocious. I wanted to watch a movie, not an episode of a series.
