I finally saw Knowing with Nicholas "King of the Hill" Cage this week.  Utter, utter horse shit of the highest order.  It's like a poor man's Dan Brown novel and that's saying something.

Silly ending, predictably with bloody aliens which are again shit.  Horrible undertones about saving the planet, which made me want to pour bleach down my Asian eye.

I thought the first 20 minutes were good, then it just became incredibly farcical.

I recently watched Rocky V, to remind myself how bad it was and get the shit one out of the way before I watch the others. It was actually worse than I remembered.

Watched Boys N The Hood again last night. Despite being a but ropey on the soundtrack side of things (which I'd never noticed before) I forgot how good the film is. I think the violence is done incredibly well, definitely not done to sex up the film nor feature throughout its entirety.

Yes I have seen that, though many years ago.

I thoroughly recommend the spoof film Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood for a bit of fun.

Everyone should go and watch Avatar in 3D, its awesome. Literally awesome.

But make sure you sit as central as possible, saw it for the second time today and being in the corner ruins a lot of the effect.

District 9 on Blu-Ray last night. Thought it was good, certainly brings a new concept to alien films. Thought the storyline was a bit weak and would've liked to have seen more of the back story, but still a very worthwhile watch. The potential's there for a sequel though I suppose.

Did you think is became more of a generic sci-fi action film in the second half after they stopped doing the documentary style stuff? That's what I thought. I did like it tho.

Rendition was a way to pass a couple of hours, not bad thriller but would never get an oscar.

The Hurt Locker, too long and a bit dull.
