We shift Princesses at work all the time... By the people that buy movies on the basis of the cover alone. They tend to also buy Tinto Brass movies, Salo, Sadomania, Teenage Hooker Became A Killing Machine etc etc etc

Confused the hell out of me, have no idea what the ending meant?

I assumed the ending was to signify the relationship of Albania and France in the future between the generations of new, compared to those of old. Not sure the two sons really knew much of each other before but who knows.

Very arty film, it wasn't really ever about the videos which is a shame because that's how the film is built and develops.

Watched the new christmas carol earlier. It was alright, but only alright and nothing more although the 3D was cool at times.

Bought a Clint boxset in Smiths or HMV for £17. 8 films including Eiger Sanction, High Plains Drifter, Play Misty for me, Basically most  of the good ones bar the main westerns, dirty harry, Clyde from the 70's. So one he directed, "Breezy" first up for me tonight.

Angels and Demons the other night.  Switch your brain off (if you have one) and its actually quite enjoyable.

The book is really good and far, far better, if you can get yourself over Dan Brown and his weak clunky writing. He's the Michael Bay of books. Potentially good storylines ruined by the director.

Crash is on at the moment. I think it's the fifth time i've seen it. It's rare that i really, truly love a film, but it's truly, truly epic. It's an absolute tour da force of film, poignant and unlifting. I really forget how good it is, it's a fucking masterpiece.

Agreed - with Dan Brown books I smile and wince in equal measure.  Same goes for the films.  LIke I said - switch off your brain and especially your critical capacity.

for me crash marked the start of a fairly long list of films which haven't lived up to their hype

good idea, good acting and good script. great that hollywood made it.

but overall just a bit dumb. the message is far too obvious
