Some of the ones on the IMDB Bottom 100 sound intriguing from the titles.  The Tony Blair Witch Project anyone?

That's a pretty spectacular list. I'd like to see 'The Maize', if only for it's ingenious title. You see, it's a film about a psychic and a MAZE of MAIZE, like a maze that you can't get out of, and maize, the crop! The maize.

That's spectacular.  If only I could think of a maize-based pun.

I went to one near Barnsley once.  Highly recommended but mainly due to the pigmy goats they had there.

Watched a couple of films this weekend.

'The Experiment' which had a decent cast but a pretty shoddy script. Straight to DVD effort so hardly surprising.

And 'End of Watch' which was a very good LA Cop film.

When I saw the trailer for that at the cinema a while back I immediately thought 'Oh look another American action film where by making the main (male) characters really butch and macho they actually weave in tones of homoeroticism'.

True? Or not.

Not something that immediately crossed my mind. Is that because the fella from brokeback mountain was in it?

I watched Cloud Atlas over the weekend.  Not sure if it's been mentioned earlier in the thread but I would definitely recommend it to any sci-fi types out there.

Didn't consciously make that link... It was just one of those 'I love you man, I'd do anything for you, marines HOO-RA!' type of relationship Americans seem to like their heroes to be. Comes off as a bit...  :gay: to me.

Going to give that a try, cheers.

Watched Looper last night, which I enjoyed (I love time travel films, even if they fuck things/your head up). I thought I knew who the actors were but when I looked at them they didn't look quite right - as it turns out I was right so I guess they must've edited their faces Hmmm...

Looking forward to that. Remember being morbidly drawn to the book (and haven't read it since). Might have to start it over.
