That's a bit harsh Reg, Lambert has done quite a good job IMO.

it's a shambles, which is hardly surprising given that our sales and marketing manager spends most of his time browsing these forums.

and to think i had an interview for that job...

So you're saying it could be a lot worse?

Lambert is pretty good at marketing cd's and dvd's if I remember correctly!  Perhaps that experience will help him sell a few more adverts around the ground, bring in more match day sponsors etc.  Oh, I almost forgot, he will be gone soon won't he?

I have supported the Town for 6 years. The first home game I went to was Sam Parkin’s hatrick v Barnsley at the start of the 2002-2003 season and, apart from when I was living abroad, I have been a regular ever since…

Cheers

i dont have a problem with him being a fan or not, if he is then good on him.

he has a huge conflict of interest here, and for that reason alone he should not be commenting.

i suppose though, there are a lot of people out there who don't know his family ties. good attempt by the club but he's just not important enough to have any real impact on what will happen tomorrow.

Erm, that's 5 years not 6. Did he get Sandy to work it out for him?

Well he's not much of a marketing manager is he. He's missing a great big bloody trick today. What he should be saying is come to Town's last game and don't forget to buy the commemorative programme at £10. You can also buy a piece of the pitch afterwards. Want a tunstile - wait a week. Father in law punch bags - now there's a seller.
