Why there?? Kingy get in there!!

 Cool

Meanwhile, it is understood that the Edgware are about to sign experienced former Leicester, Gillingham and Hull City midfielder Junior Lewis.

Wembley-born Lewis (pictured), now 32, is no stranger to the non-League game, having played for Dover Athletic, Hayes and Hendon after being released by Fulham back in 1993.

He became something of a favourite of current England under-21 and Hull boss Peter Taylor, who signed him for Hendon, Brighton, Leicester and Hull.

He totaled over 160 League appearances before being released by Taylor from Hull earlier this month.

King knows what he's doing - there must be a reason why he's going to a non-league side.  A player of league quality does not play in the non-league, except of course for Ian Herring who should be in the Premiership by now.  I still think he was bloody amazing for us, although his average game at Ashton Gate when we lost 2-1 cost him his career!   :|

Edgware??? That's not even a decent non-league side!  He must have gone right down hill.

And let's face it he was only quite good when he played for us. He wasn't that special really.
