You're forgetting the fact that half of the people in Montenegro aren't ethnic Montenegrins; the other half are Serbs, Bosniaks and Albanians. So it all evens out really. The entire worldwide Montenegrin diaspora numbers only 340000 (including Montenegro itself).
Surely by definition the Montenegrin diaspora
doesn't include Montenegro itself?
