The season is long, it's better to lose a game and still send a strong message. We don't really know what happened before the game. From the start it could be the lads had too much fun after the cup game.

After hearing Wes' reaction, something like:

PDC criticises Wes' performance.
Says he can forgive that, but not the show of dissent after he left the field.
Wes loaned out next week.

I hope I'm wrong.  Just when we look like embarking on something exciting....then this.  I feel sick to the core.

I think PDC thinks Wes might be getting a little over confident, maybe even complacent. Problem is he's not got any real competition, so it must be difficult to stay at your best. Not sure subbing him is the answer though.
