That's probably because I was whining at them Smiley

I got straight through on the customer services number FWIW

Yes, i've just rung the help line not the one quoted on the Officail site and got through ok. As with you the messgae i was geting from the Web Site was a general error. It crashed on me last night and obviously decided that i had booked tickets.

Ok now though so can stop panicking like a Twelve year old.

Christ knows - can't get through - just engaged all the time with not so much as a queuing system.

I will have to go to work soon. The boss knows why I am at home and is OK with it but he won't believe I haven't got through after 40 minutes.

My father has secured the £62 ones wherever that is.

Just need the ash cloud/BA strikes to stay away and I am sorted!

I've booked 2 separate lots of tickets online, the first confirmation e-mail I had the card number ended in 0 and in the second e-mail it ended in P. Cue lots of panicking that I had made a typo but if everyone else is getting the same I can relax a bit now.

I will be sitting in block 126 row 36. Cannot wait!

check out this link and see the bobby moore stand. that is taken from row 21. gives you an idea of the lower level.
