I reckon Nicho's playing well cos the Nicho Mafia waits to greet the away team bus before every match and let's the opposition know what will happen to them if they dare make Andrew look stupid - Colin Corleone style.

PS - Does anyone remember what programme Colin Corleone was on?  He was like a wimpy fake mafia geezer and his mates would hum the godfather tune behind him.  Class at the time.

Anyone else think the Official Site's picture under the report of Roberts' alcohol addiction is quite apt?

Heard Roberts on the radio at 5:30. He said it was a combination of splitting with the wife a couple of times and the car crash/injury that contributed to his drink problem (not that it matters).

One thing that worries me is that he said he still might have a glass of wine to unwind. I guess we don't know the extent of his problem or where on the road to recovery he is.

I hope he beats this. Even if it doesn't  benefit STFC.

If he can learn to enjoy a drink without going over the top then he's much less likely slip back into a spiral of alcohol abuse. It only takes one bad day to fuck up a person who can never just have one.

Wine???  Fucking hell he has got a drink problem.  He needs to get on to the wife beater then she wouldn't have left him in the first place.  Also stella induced driving would have meant he'd have be able to avoid the bus, or at least not feel the consequences of the impact.
