Clerks II is worth a watch Yufffffffff, not as good as the original and a tad American Pie based humour but an easy 90 minute watch with a few gems tucked away in there.

I thought Mall Rats was rubbish... but not as quite as intensely crap as jay and silent bob strike back. I liked Chasing Amy but watched it again recently and didn't like it half as much. The dialogue seemed a bit over-complicated and unnatural perhaps.

Jersey Girl was on the other night, seen as something of an anomaly in Smith's career (and widely regarded by his fans as rubbish) but I think its a brilliant film.

Blame the Affleck/Lopez media storm for that (even though she was barely in it).
It's not amazing (in my opinion) but it was certainly watchable.

I just watched rocknrolla, the latest Guy Richtea. It's somehow quite good, despite being over-stylised gangster nonsense.
I was surprised to see King Leonidis, Cass and Superhands in it though.

Full Metal Jacket for me last night. The first time I've ever sat and watched it all the way through. Got Pineapple Express on the way next.

Did you not think the first half of the film was much better and it trailed off a bit towards the end?

Might've posted this already but I've been working my way through the Saw films recently, having never seen them before (always assumed it wasn't my thing, not a horror fan). As it turns out the first one is very good, the second isn't far off. Watched 3 last night and I'm starting to notice a decline - a little too much explanation maybe. A bit of back story is useful but I think some aspects could've been left unspoken.
