Suprised I have to say at him going off the Scunthorpe on loan till the end of the season.

Based on Leeds performance against us I'd hardly think Weston was surplus to their requirements.

Maybe he's got a few leeds' lasses up the duff and is now looking to spread his seed elsewhere?

What do we lack at the moment? A good attacking playmaking central midfielder. At least before last nights game. Shame Sturrock got rid of him in the summer. Always looked like he had good ability, scores goals and would have been a good option.

I think we should take off the rose tinted specs for a bit. I don't recall him being amazing. I felt he was just greedy with adequate dribbling skills. I fail to recall any defence splitting passes or him warming the goalkeepers gloves.

I do remember him running at people, not seeing a pass, that he should have, and normally losing the ball. Just playing devils advocate, i liked him when we had him.

Scored a cracker against Rovers didn't he? His best game for us IMO. A sad case of a lad who clearly had bags of ability but has failed to get his head 'right'. Next stop... the pox!

Shame, I thought he thought that he was better than he was and was going to walk into a Championship team's first team.

Would have liked to see him stay though.

Exactly. But theres no quarantee he will grow up like Howard has.

Weston is a stroppy spoilt little brat. Wise wont rescue him now. Will he grow up and become a good player, or will he fade away? Will be interesting one to watch.
