And how are we supposed to know how/when to volunteer and what it involves? I'm not the only one failing to be pro-active!
Fair point - we generally ask for help with collections by emailing Trust members a few days before, and put reqeusts for help on the Trust site and usually put something out on the yahoo stfc list, MoS etc. I'll make sure they get publicised on here as well in future.
