Leigh Mills released by Eastleigh

My word.

And he was rated so highly at one point.....

Wasn't he the lad where Spurs would 'do their best endevours' to loan us a player or two? (which never happened)

What a terrible name for a footballer..... 'Slabber'

It hardly inspires one with thoughts of dexterity and prowess does it?

I used to know him quite well and from what I remember (and hear now) he only played the game as he was good at it rather than because he enjoyed it.

When Spurs let him go he had a couple of offers from League 2 teams but decided to go part time so he could do something different with his life.

Jake Jervis scores against Fenerbahce.

Jervis' goal at Fenerbache. It's a funny old game football.

I'll be slightly bitter if he scores an overhead kick.

I'm slightly bitter we didn't beat Villa.

That could have been us tonight!
