my old chap does it.he runs 15 miles 3 times a week.done it in 1h42 last year aged 55.fucker

 Registering and doing it are two quite different things....running is a tedious activity....you could walk it in 4 hours and see what's going on around you, with no training.

Absolutely.  Start off at a pace that you can keep without getting out of breath(doesn't matter how fast), and just work towards getting the distance.  I'm no runner and I managed 21 miles in Lithuania.  It did take about 4 days to recover mind...

Right, let's all sponsor Yeovil, so he has to do it  :twisted: - we could force him into fitness. And we could have a side-bet on what a fit and helathy Yeovil would actually look like.

 In fact I'll sponsor you a tidy sum for no mileage...who is the beneficiary Swindon Borough Council and GWR FM?
