depends whether you're up the top of the lawns or lower down, from the top take the left hand path, it brings you out in parklands avenue in old walcot - or go out onto drove road, max of 30 mins walk IIRC, another route brings you out near new college on queens drive.

Upham Road, right? I'll be getting the bus into town tomorrow so I'll probably hop off at New College, walk up Upham Road the onto the Lawns that way. |

No just along Queens drive away from the CG nearer to Windsor road - the large expanse of grass is the bottom of the lawns, although upham Road - then parklands works too.
