Agree RE the £30 sentiment, but it’s something, and not something that he necessarily had to do whilst at the same time offering refunds
Like I say I don’t feel it’s a sufficient level of compromise to not claim the refund, we’ve had years of being taken for granted as supporters and this just feels no different IMO.

I’m not sure I agree with them trying to get us to waive refunds as a £30 reduction doesn’t really feel like a fair reduction. Ultimately we paid £350 for something we didn’t get through no fault of our own last season, I’ll renew but I’ll probably request the refund and don’t think there’s any sense of shame that should be given out for doing so.
I’ve no issue with anyone claiming a refund. Why should anyone shame fellow fans for doing so? Our own financial circumstances should dictate what we decide to do. Fortunately I’m in a position to write off last season’s ST. In previous years I may not have done.

Power fucked off with last year's funds, I'm able to write off last year's contributions but completely understand those that can't.

It’s the same company so of course he has responsibility, ultimately like it or not the 20/21 season ticket money probably kept the club in business so I personally don’t feel that £30 is a big enough compromise to avoid claiming the refund.
Unfortunately I think last seasons season ticket money is in a swiss bank account .. ! Given the level of debt we have I think the pricing and option of a refund from Clem is excellent.. we just need to all get behind the club. 100% understand people who need the refund due to their circumstances, but my 2 season ticket monies has been written off for the good of the club this season.

That's great but everyone's circumstances are different

Did those who paid for ST's last season receive free match passes for iFollow?

so did Clem this time Therefore, a full refund of any season ticket for last season is available, less the cost of an iFollow membership (£230).
I think it's fair enough under the circumstances. in normal times I'd be disappointed with the total £10 off all my 3 season tickets. but the club is struggling, so can luckily afford to back Clem as much as I can

So would a refund of the difference between an iFollow sb. and the ST cost be considered fair for those that want it?

So would a refund of the difference between an iFollow sb. and the ST cost be considered fair for those that want it? that's what they have offered. I consider it fair. but.... some families will have bought multiple season tickets but only used one pass. ========== one thing I hope is addressed is the lack of recognition of donating. just a small token. like a plaque in the concourse of the various stands saying thanks. it's such a small thing in the grand scheme of club issues I know...

Fair play and a good suggestion.
