Oh lord, I dumped New Order after their second album. Never did get the whole dance-friendly thing. Still, I'm sure I'll get snippets of the misery I'm looking for. A Gallic twist....
Have you had the Oxford Tim Sherwood look going on?

Thank you for uniting my Manc and Paris eras. This kind of dance I can cope with.

I'm going to see YVES (yet another band using capital letters) at Swindon Vic tonight. Bring on Hailee Steinfeld: "Gonna give it to you, in capital letters".

I'm off to see a band in Feb called CPTL LTTRS, apparently they're the in thing atm and are quite quirky as all the members names have no vowels (FLYNN, PTR, KYRYN, HVN). They're an incarnation of sorts of the original reggae band Capital Letters. Should be fun.

Just back from seeing a Bernhoft and the Fashion Bruises gig. Bernhoft is a brilliant musician with an amazing vocal range and great stage presence. If you get the chance to see them don't miss it!

Unfortunately not. All over by 10:30 as well which was a surprise. Still a class evening though. Had the Turn The Page beat in my head for 24 hours non stop. Just watch out for full pints coming your way. Never understood the urge to waste good beer.

Handy, thanks for that. 10:30 is good for me on a Thursday night! I can make a swift departure back to here. I'm going to be a good boy but my mates, who all live in London, have ambitions to go to bed at sunrise. Will stand to the side and avoid the beers!
