We are ok ................. just really shaken that someone was here when we were asleep.
I am insured upto the hilt and material things can be replaced, but they took my laptop with all my current work on it, plus my laptop bag with my own EHD that had over 18 years worth of work on it.
That can never be replaced

A crackhead smashed through the back door and broke into my missus' parents home last New Years Eve. It was before midnight and while several people were downstairs! He lived just round the corner. He was nicked and went inside (again). Their garden is like Fort Knox now! The desperation of a drug addict is quite a sight... They have no plan other than to secure their next fix. At work I've seen them come in at 9am and in handcuffs by 9:10. |
