OTIB is the name of the Drizzle forum, they have something like 3000 members.  Does anyone know when that forum was started up?

thanks.  I just wanted to know because my mate was winding me up by saying that Bristol's support is much better than ours judging by the numbers who are members of the forums.  I will tell him that their forum is a lot older than our one.  I also tried to explain to him that Bristol is Britains eighth biggest city and that the population of Bristol is over twice the population of Swindon but he wouldn't listen.  He supports Southampton

City do have way more fans... the numbers of members on a forum mean nothing to.

for what it's worth, bristol city's 'catchment area' is approximately 1 million people. swindon town's is a lot less!

I think we have about 200,000 in our catchment area. Which technically, considering we are in the same league at roughly the same level, they should be averaging 5x more than us, ie 27000+

But they do have another team in Bristol remember? All this we have more fans than you crap is tedious. It's just an excuse to say 'we are better than you' even though the last 2 seasons both teams have had the same (or lack of) success
