Couple of points. ..
Haven't we been into administration and CVA twice since that date when creditors all have to declare debts to the administrator by a certain date, can you claim for a debt if you have failed to do this?
I wouldn't put it past PdC to use his lawyers to do their damndest to ensure we don't get promoted as it were perpetuate the myth and massage his ego if he could claim the wheels fell off after he left us top.
But as people say.... if it smells of bullshit it normally is....

We're told they are paying the debt. The alleged legal case has nothing to do with outstanding wages.
If that is the case why are we still under embargo? This is the whole problem, somebody is not telling the truth here, and because of the lack of visibility and information from the board I am forced to assume that it is them. |

How long does it take to clear a 30k debt? Murrell(?) said he was confident the embargo would be lifted Monday. Assuming he wasn't telling porkies, this has been raised in the last 4 days. |

No mention of Gregory Hall in the statement then. It's no surpise he isn't actually on the board - after the grilling that poor old Martin King got up at the Football League HQ I don't think Hall would fancy his chances either when it comes to fit and proper!

The FL are an incompetent load of bastards or our new board are If they didn’t trust our new owners they should have Killed the takeover They didn’t and are fucking up our club I hate them to hell! Due diligence my arse If they can’t properly check out an old club and a new board What are they fit for FA in my opinion
