I don't and maybe nobody else here does either, but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened. I imagine some clubs go into embargo and don't even tell anybody.

It's not exactly because of a manager leaving either though, is it? It is potentially because said manager is threatening legal action.

Our former manager may or may not be threatening legal action but if he were it's no excuse for the radio silence. A simple statement along the lines of "an embargo is in place because of unresolved legal differences with Di Canio" would suffice.

That Jed is able to confirm stuff with a "thumbs up" via twitter but not release statements via the OS is looking less than professional to say the least.

So a manager leaves, gets the hump and threatens legal action and this enough for the FL to impose sanctions on the running of a club?

Maybe, maybe not.

We just don't know.

I can't see that being the problem, otherwise every vindictive manager could do the same - there is no logic behind the embargo prior to any legal outcome in such a scenario?

Are you just talking about Jed's twitter updates in general or has he given a thumbs up today indicating some positive news?

Did PDC pay for some of the loans in the end? Could be he wants the money back.
No he spent the money on an elaborate triptych "Scenes of Swindon" tattoo instead

In general...no positive news today afaik. However he was able to confirm in response to this tweet that it was to do with "sensitive legal issues"
