I thought JP was worse and should have come off for Roberts although Zaboub wasn't much better...

Zaaboub was piss poor and must be dropped. I thought JP played well with Robbo on the other side.

Zaaboub was shit but personally I fail to see what the point is in playing JPM he does absolutely nothing and consistantly goes awol. He seems to think he's too good too good to play on the wing so starts playing in the centre or like at Port Vale up front :-))( . As I said last week JPM seems to be a lazy bastard, with no pace and for someone that is meant to be a set piece specialist his crossing is shocking......he just struts round the pitch thinking he's bigtime, he needs a reality check!
Roberts should be ahead of JPM so therefore I guess be need a new left winger....

The only real problem with our wingers is their attitude. Thats what makes it so frustrating! You know they can play, they just don't.

Cant believe Sturrock started Zaaboub after last week.
McGoverns delivery was poor, Im not being funny but I can see another Brian Howard situation here (fans have high expectations, so get on his back quickly). He's a good player, let Sturrock sort him out.
Zaaboub though. If he cant stay on his feet then go back to France. His diving couldnt even get a foul out of a real whistle happy ref. Rubbish.

nothing wrong with JPM, ok his deliver wasnt spot on but how often did we get it to him in space to get down the wing? nearly never.
He starts drifting inside to get the ball, because it isnt getting to him.
He probably drifted up front against Port Vale because the manager told him to
Zaaboub was awful apart from 10 minutes in the second half when he could be arsed. he hit the deck and stayed down while Doncaster came down the right hand side (where he sould have been) and then eventually scored whilst he's furthest forward and still limping back

JPM did it from the kick off and it doesn't matter if he's not getting the ball - Commingues wasn't getting the ball from Ifil for the whole game but he still gave the option. The moment you drift inside it narrows the team and the marker will just follow you anyway. If you stay wide you take the marker with you.

Zaaboub's crawling up in a ball p-retending to have cramp was what led tyo their goal - gave them a free run down the right wing. he was still having a nap when they put it in.
Thing about zaaboub is he has skill. But he doesn't have the attitude to put it to good effect. For 10-15 minutes after half time he put some effort in - but aside from that he was awful.
JPM was alright, certainly no worse than anybody else.

As far as I can recall Zaaboub's best game for us was in a three man midfield at the Bescot last year. I wonder if he isn't really a wide man at all (his crossing would suggest this is the case ) and would be better employed in the middle (probably in a three/five). Just a thought...

i think his crossing is the best part of his game. the unfortunate part is that he pisses about so much that he doesn't get into good positions often enough.
he;s far too lazy to be a central midfielder

Zaaboub's a good player , needs to be with his yellow boots, he creates things with his good crosses . Hes not frightened to attack and puts quick balls into the danger areas . I like him .

If he can all of a sudden feel a couple of marrowfat's down there then he needs to make a decision. "Am I up for this or not ?" I for one think he has not got the moral fibre for this game FUCK OFF AND PAINT AND BE GAY OR FUCKING SOMETHING
