Difficult to see that a Court would apply an injunction to prevent the club from taking an action (offering shares to Morfuni) that the Court itself has ordered (that the shares are offered to Morfuni)! Not difficult to see the news story lacking some attention to detail.

I can’t see how the Court would apply an injunction to prevent the club from taking an action (offering shares to Morfuni) that the Court has ordered (that the shares are offered to Morfuni)! only thing I could think of is that it would pause things pending appeal. but letting the club rot as it is now doesn't make much sense if so. hopefully it's just a mistake |
